Greening provides this Integrity Hotline<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span> to all individuals within the Group (including, among others, its employees, executives, administrators, and persons related to them), as well as to those who collaborate with and\/or maintain relationships of any kind with the Group (including, but not limited to, clients, suppliers, business partners, third parties, and any other collaborators who provide services to the Group and\/or engage in commercial or similar relationships). It is also open to anyone who may have knowledge of any action or omission involving an irregularity, illegality, or violation of current legal regulations, the Code of Ethics and Conduct,<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span> or the Group’s internal policies and rules.<\/p>

Greening guarantees confidentiality and respects anonymity. Therefore, information may be submitted either by identifying oneself or anonymously. Nevertheless, we recommend including as much relevant information as possible related to the reported facts (documents, invoices, recordings, photographs, reports, videos, voice recordings, etc.).<\/p>

The person responsible for Greening\u2019s Integrity Hotline will inform the reporting party of the status of the case through the \u201cReport Inquiry\u201d section, and may request additional information if necessary to investigate the matter.<\/p>

Greening assures whistleblowers and any collaborators that no retaliation will be taken against them for submitting a report or assisting in the investigation. The process will comply with the provisions set forth in the Whistleblowing Channel Policy.<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>
