The plan, presented in May 2024, is driving the firm\u2019s geographic, technological, and business line diversification, strengthening its resilience against potential market slowdowns.  <\/p>\n\n<p>This issuance is rated BBB- (Investment Grade) by Ethifinance. The rating agency also updated the company\u2019s corporate rating in December, maintaining its \u201cBB\u201d rating with a stable outlook. The issuance rating stands two notches above the corporate rating due to the guarantees provided by a renewable energy project portfolio and an adequate multi-level financial commitments structure.  <\/p>\n\n<p>For this issuance, Greening relied on Renta 4 Banco as the program\u2019s registered advisor, placement entity, and payment agent.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greening-group.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/ITALIA-22.webp\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The company has registered its first five-year program.
