Greening Group Global, S.A., a global and diversified renewable energy company, has closed the first half of 2025 with excellent results<\/strong> that reflect the strengthening of its business model and the effectiveness of its operational efficiency and international expansion strategy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Consolidated revenues reached \u20ac80.9 million<\/strong>, representing a 32% increase over the same period last year<\/strong>, while EBITDA rose to \u20ac7.6 million, 43% higher<\/strong> than in the first half of 2024. Net profit<\/strong> amounted to \u20ac0.92 million<\/strong>, consolidating the return to profitability.<\/p>\n

Solid growth and improved financial structure<\/h2>\n

During the period, Greening strengthened its financial position<\/strong> and cash generation capacity<\/strong>, with a positive working capital of \u20ac15 million<\/strong>, thanks to the issuance of green bonds<\/strong> and the formalization of project finance agreements for its utility-scale asset portfolio in Spain.<\/p>\n

These measures, together with selective asset rotation and more efficient working capital management, have helped ease liquidity pressures<\/strong>, strengthen the balance sheet<\/strong>, and improve operating profitability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Consolidation of the IPP model and progress in energy storage<\/h2>\n

Greening continues its transformation into a multitechnology IPP (Independent Power Producer)<\/strong>, with a global pipeline of 9 GW under development<\/strong>, of which 91 MW are already operational or near completion, and 164 MW are in various stages of construction.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Group continues its international consolidation as a platform for photovoltaic and energy storage projects,<\/strong> reinforcing its flexible and sustainable generation capacity. The batteries and storage business<\/strong> has experienced significant growth in 2025, with 1,290 MW<\/strong> in different development stages, consolidating Greening\u2019s position in this key technology for the energy transition.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Greening Solutions<\/strong> maintains a project backlog of \u20ac198 million<\/strong>, diversified across the Group\u2019s five main markets (Spain, Italy, the U.S., Mexico, and Germany), while Greening Energy<\/strong> supplied an annualized 152 GWh of electricity to more than 6,000 customers<\/strong>, reinforcing its recurring contribution to the Group\u2019s revenue.<\/p>\n

New strategic alliances and international expansion<\/h2>\n

Throughout 2025, Greening Group has strengthened its global positioning through key strategic alliances that reinforce its business model and expand its international presence:<\/p>\n

  • Alliance with Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure in the United States<\/strong> for the joint development of renewable energy projects totaling approximately 2 GW, consolidating the Group\u2019s position in one of its priority and most competitive markets.<\/li>\n
  • Alliance with Tradebe Environmental Services<\/strong>, which joins the capital of Greening Relive, S.L. with a 50% stake and an investment of \u20ac2.2 million, to develop a pioneering photovoltaic panel recycling plant in Granada capable of recovering up to 99% of materials without water consumption or waste generation.<\/li>\n
  • Biomethane alliance in Spain:<\/strong> In 2025, the company formalized a strategic collaboration with Atlantica Energ\u00eda Sostenible Espa\u00f1a and Edison Next<\/strong> for the joint development of 17 biomethane projects in Spain,<\/strong> with a total estimated capacity of 907.4 GWh.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • EPC contract in the United States<\/strong>, through its joint venture Greensol Renewables LLC, for the construction of a 100 MWdc solar park in Michigan worth $70 million, already underway.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
