The transaction will be accompanied by a capital increase of up to 30 million euros, intended to provide the combined group with a stronger financial structure and the resources needed for expansion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"1114\">The integration of both companies will bring together <strong data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"778\">EiDF\u2019s expertise in photovoltaic and battery solutions in Spain<\/strong> with <strong data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"882\">Greening\u2019s international presence, technological capabilities, and vertically integrated model<\/strong>, which encompasses renewable energy generation, development, construction, and commercialization across Europe and North America. This combination marks the starting point of a business project of greater scale and global ambition.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1580\">This strategic alliance represents an attractive value proposition for all stakeholders. <strong data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1226\">EiDF shareholders<\/strong> will have the opportunity to join an industrial project with greater stability, financial capacity, and growth potential, supported by a clear strategy, reinforced corporate governance, and a proven operating model. <strong data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1471\">For clients and suppliers<\/strong>, the merger will broaden the range of solutions and improve project execution capacity in the energy sector.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1582\" data-end=\"1647\"><strong data-start=\"1582\" data-end=\"1601\">Ignacio Salcedo<\/strong>, Chairman of the Board of Greening, stated: \u201cThis transaction brings together two highly complementary companies and will create a stronger, more scalable, and competitive player, ready to face the challenges and opportunities of the sector.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1849\" data-end=\"1892\"><strong data-start=\"1849\" data-end=\"1865\">Diego Puerta<\/strong>, CEO of Greening, added: \u201cWe are fully confident in the success of this operation, which comes at the right time to leverage the growth of the sector and the acceleration of the energy transition, particularly in the areas of storage and hybridization.
