There is also an additional 3.22 MW project pending final confirmation under the NZIA, which would increase the total capacity awarded to 28.13 MW.<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The seven currently awarded projects, with a combined capacity of <strong>25 MW<\/strong>, are located in <strong>Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy<\/strong>, two regions with high industrial activity. Among these projects is a <strong>6.15 MW agro-photovoltaic<\/strong> installation that is fully aligned with new market trends and recent regulatory frameworks that promote the integration of agricultural activity and renewable energy generation.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The awarded capacity ensures regulated revenues for the next 20 years. All projects are currently in the <strong>Ready to Build (RTB)<\/strong> phase, and construction is expected to begin in the <strong>first quarter of 2026<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Additionally, Greening has <strong>292 MW of photovoltaic capacity under development<\/strong> and <strong>720 MW in BESS projects<\/strong>, strengthening its position in the Italian market and consolidating its growth strategy in renewable energy and storage technologies.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Alejandro Ruiz<\/strong>, Country Manager of Greening Italy, stated:<em> \u201cThe award of 28 MW in FER X reinforces our presence in Italy and consolidates a more stable and secure long-term portfolio.
