His appointment will help drive the Group\u2019s transformation plans, accelerate growth, and strengthen operational efficiency.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"230\" data-end=\"255\">Madrid, January 20, 2026.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"257\" data-end=\"599\">The appointment comes at <strong>a key moment for Greening<\/strong>, coinciding with the rollout of its <strong>Strategic Plan, focused on profitable growth, business integration, and strengthening its positioning as a relevant player in the markets in which it operates<\/strong>, as well as with strategic corporate transactions, including the <strong data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"798\">OPA launched for EiDF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"1026\"><strong>Pablo Ot\u00edn<\/strong> <strong>has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, having held senior executive positions at leading companies in the sector.<\/strong> He specializes in the development of solar photovoltaic and energy storage (BESS) projects, with extensive international experience in greenfield projects, structured financing, M&amp;A, asset management, PPA agreements, cost optimization, and the leadership of international teams.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1333\">As <strong>CEO of Greening<\/strong>, Pablo Ot\u00edn will assume <strong>global responsibility for the Group\u2019s businesses and corporate areas<\/strong>, with the aim of accelerating growth, <strong>improving profitability, and strengthening the execution of complex projects<\/strong>, thereby contributing directly to the creation of long-term sustainable value.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1729\">As part of this management reorganization, Ignacio Salcedo has been appointed Executive Chairman, from which position he will <strong>preside over the Board of Directors and oversee the Group\u2019s strategic direction<\/strong>. <strong>Diego Puerta<\/strong>, as <strong>Vice Chairman<\/strong>, will be responsible for <strong>Management Control, Internal Audit, and Compliance<\/strong>, as well as for company integration and transformation and efficiency processes.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1731\" data-end=\"2021\"><strong>Ignacio Salcedo,<\/strong> Executive Chairman of Greening, stated: <em>\u201cWe are delighted to announce the appointment of Pablo as CEO of Greening.
