Specifically, the company increased its sales by 18%, reaching approximately \u20ac154 million.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"1224\">These results correspond to a previous stage, prior to the current transformation phase initiated this year under the new Greening strategy, supported by its 2026\u20132030 Strategic Plan and the renewal of its executive team following the appointment of Pablo Ot\u00edn and Felipe Garc\u00eda Agust\u00edn as CEO and CFO, respectively.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1226\" data-end=\"1595\">EBITDA returned to positive territory, reaching \u20ac6.7 million, representing an operational improvement of more than \u20ac9.4 million and reflecting a shift in the group\u2019s profitability trend. These figures highlight the company\u2019s financial discipline policy, which has led to a 19% improvement in structural cost efficiency and a 13% reduction in other operating expenses.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"2282\">At the same time, the company\u2019s investment efforts in already-built generation assets in Spain and Mexico, which are expected to contribute recurrently to EBITDA in the coming years, along with the exit from unprofitable markets such as France and Germany and the closure of its hydraulic infrastructure business unit, demonstrate the execution of a strategy focused on optimization and higher-value assets. In this context, net losses totaled \u20ac11 million in 2025, compared to \u20ac13.2 million the previous year, reflecting the temporary impact of this investment cycle, the reorganization process, the divestment of non-strategic activities and markets, and other non-cash impairments.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2284\" data-end=\"2333\">Portfolio evolution and commercial activity<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2335\" data-end=\"2585\">The company closed the year with a global project pipeline of 10.7 GW at different stages of development across Europe and North America. Approximately 4.9 GW correspond to photovoltaic plants, while around 5.6 GW relate to battery storage systems.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2587\" data-end=\"2987\">Additionally, the energy retail business reached 150 GWh in 2025, reinforcing revenue diversification and the group\u2019s vertical integration, with a model that reduces exposure to price volatility through contracts between generation and commercialization.
