To satisfy this consideration, Greening will carry out the corresponding non-cash capital increase, the execution of which will be communicated to the market once all the required procedures have been completed.<\/p>\n<p>The integration of Energy Solar Tech will further strengthen Greening&#8217;s position as an integrated energy platform through the addition of operating renewable energy assets that generate recurring cash flow, as well as industrial and technological capabilities in electrical infrastructure, substations, equipment and modular solutions for data centres. The transaction will also strengthen the Group&#8217;s engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) business, <a href=\"https:\/\/green-sol.us\/\">GreenSol<\/a>, at a time of growing demand for infrastructure linked to electrification, renewable energy deployment and data centres.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, Pablo Ot\u00edn, Chief Executive Officer of Greening, has increased his shareholding in the company through the acquisition of additional shares. Specifically, the CEO acquired 13,307 Greening shares for a total consideration of \u20ac22,284.40.<\/p>\n<p>This increase in share ownership demonstrates the management team&#8217;s confidence in Greening&#8217;s business project and reinforces its commitment to the roadmap defined for this new phase of the company&#8217;s development.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction represents another important step in the execution of Greening&#8217;s 2026\u20132030 Strategic Plan, aimed at transforming the company&#8217;s business model into an integrated energy platform focused on recurring revenue generation, a stronger financial structure and sustainable, profitable growth.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition of Energy Solar Tech is the second corporate transaction executed by Greening under this roadmap and reinforces its growth strategy through the selective acquisition of complementary companies capable of contributing high-quality assets, differentiated capabilities and value creation across the Group.
