En este contexto, los sistemas de almacenamiento de energ\u00eda con bater\u00edas (BESS, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) se posicionan como una de las tecnolog\u00edas clave para mejorar la eficiencia operativa, optimizar costos y fortalecer la confiabilidad energ\u00e9tica en esquemas de autoconsumo.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">De acuerdo con el Programa de Desarrollo del Sistema El\u00e9ctrico Nacional 2023\u20132037 (PRODESEN), M\u00e9xico proyecta un crecimiento continuo en la demanda el\u00e9ctrica y una mayor participaci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas limpias en la matriz energ\u00e9tica (SENER, 2023). Sin embargo, la integraci\u00f3n de estas fuentes intermitentes requiere soluciones que aporten flexibilidad y estabilidad al sistema, donde el almacenamiento juega un papel estrat\u00e9gico.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h4><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">El panorama del almacenamiento energ\u00e9tico en M\u00e9xico<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Aunque el almacenamiento con bater\u00edas a\u00fan se encuentra en una etapa de desarrollo incipiente en M\u00e9xico en comparaci\u00f3n con mercados como Estados Unidos o Europa, su adopci\u00f3n ha comenzado a acelerarse, principalmente en el sector comercial e industrial.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La Comisi\u00f3n Reguladora de Energ\u00eda (CRE) y el Centro Nacional de Control de Energ\u00eda (CENACE) han reconocido la necesidad de incorporar recursos que aporten flexibilidad operativa al sistema el\u00e9ctrico, particularmente ante la variabilidad de la generaci\u00f3n solar y e\u00f3lica (CENACE, 2022). Adem\u00e1s, la creciente congesti\u00f3n en ciertas regiones del pa\u00eds y los retos en infraestructura de transmisi\u00f3n refuerzan la relevancia de soluciones detr\u00e1s del medidor (behind-the-meter).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">En paralelo, el crecimiento de la generaci\u00f3n distribuida solar en M\u00e9xico ha sido notable. Seg\u00fan datos oficiales, la capacidad instalada de generaci\u00f3n distribuida ha superado los 3 GW en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, concentr\u00e1ndose principalmente en sistemas fotovoltaicos\u00a0(CRE, 2023).
