New Management Team
Lázaro’s appointment is part of Greening’s ongoing process of strengthening its management team to support its new phase of growth and execute its 2026–2030 Strategic Plan. His appointment follows those of Pablo Otín as CEO and Felipe García Agustín as CFO, who also joined the company in 2026.
At the same time, Greening continues to advance the evolution of its corporate governance structure and plans to progressively increase the presence of independent directors on its Board of Directors, in line with market best practices.
Pablo Otín, CEO of Greening, said: “José Luis Lázaro’s international experience and deep understanding of complex business environments will be particularly valuable as Greening enters its next phase of growth and consolidation. His appointment reflects the management team’s ambition to continue transforming our business model and driving the New Greening forward.”
2026–2030 Strategic Plan
In recent months, the company has made significant progress in executing its 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, which is focused on transforming its business model into an integrated energy platform, with a focus on generating recurring and repeatable revenues, strengthening its financial structure and delivering profitable growth.
As part of this roadmap, the company has identified priority markets, right-sized its operations and undertaken a number of corporate initiatives aimed at optimising its business and strengthening its financial structure, including a €30 million capital increase and the takeover bid for Energy Solar Tech.
By 2030, the company expects pro forma revenues of more than €139 million and pro forma EBITDA of €35 million, supported by the progressive addition of new capacity and a more recurring, predictable and cash-generative business model.
