Greening has announced the appointment of Pablo Otín as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). His appointment will help drive the Group’s transformation plans, accelerate growth, and strengthen operational efficiency.

The appointment comes at a key moment for Greening, coinciding with the rollout of its Strategic Plan, focused on profitable growth, business integration, and strengthening its positioning as a relevant player in the markets in which it operates, as well as with strategic corporate transactions, including the OPA launched for EiDF.
Pablo Otín has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, having held senior executive positions at leading companies in the sector. He specializes in the development of solar photovoltaic and energy storage (BESS) projects, with extensive international experience in greenfield projects, structured financing, M&A, asset management, PPA agreements, cost optimization, and the leadership of international teams.
As CEO of Greening, Pablo Otín will assume global responsibility for the Group’s businesses and corporate areas, with the aim of accelerating growth, improving profitability, and strengthening the execution of complex projects, thereby contributing directly to the creation of long-term sustainable value.
As part of this management reorganization, Ignacio Salcedo has been appointed Executive Chairman, from which position he will preside over the Board of Directors and oversee the Group’s strategic direction. Diego Puerta, as Vice Chairman, will be responsible for Management Control, Internal Audit, and Compliance, as well as for company integration and transformation and efficiency processes.
