Greening continues to strengthen its executive structure with the appointment of Felipe García Agustín as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This appointment reinforces the company’s commitment to its strategic growth and value creation plan.
Madrid, February 2, 2026.
Felipe brings to Greening extensive international experience gained at leading corporations in the sector. He has held senior financial leadership positions at Siemens Gamesa and previously at EY, where he specialized in financial structuring processes for large-scale transactions.
This appointment follows the recent arrival of Pablo Otín, who joined the Group last January as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Greening. Regarding the incorporation of Felipe García Agustín, Pablo Otín, CEO of Greening Group, stated: “Felipe’s international experience and deep understanding of complex financial environments significantly strengthen our ability to execute the Group’s strategic plan. His appointment is key to rigorously addressing this new phase of growth, particularly in the areas of inorganic growth and value creation for our shareholders.”
Following these appointments, Greening is building a top-tier executive leadership team that combines fresh perspectives from professionals with extensive international experience and the knowledge and track record of the Group’s established management team.
With this strengthened leadership, Greening is entering a new phase marked by expansion in the markets in which it operates, a strong focus on inorganic growth particularly in Spain and the generation of sustainable value for its shareholders.
