A new chapter for Greening
The appointment of the new directors is part of the process of strengthening Greening’s corporate structure as the company enters a new phase of growth and advances the execution of its 2026–2030 Strategic Plan.
The renewal of the Board follows the strengthening of the executive team carried out during 2026, with the appointment of Pablo Otín as CEO, Felipe García Agustín as CFO and, most recently, José Luis Lázaro as the company’s Director of Legal & Compliance.
Pablo Otín, CEO of Greening, said: “The appointment of the new directors represents another step in strengthening Greening as we enter this new phase. Their track records and experience in strategic areas will contribute to the execution of our 2026–2030 Strategic Plan. We are building a stronger, more efficient company, prepared to grow profitably and sustainably.”
2026–2030 Strategic Plan
In recent months, the company has advanced the execution of its 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, aimed at transforming its business model into an integrated energy platform, with a focus on recurring revenues, a stronger financial structure and profitable growth.
As part of this roadmap, the company has identified priority markets, adjusted the size of the organization and carried out various corporate transactions aimed at optimizing its business and strengthening its financial structure, including a €30 million capital increase and the takeover bid for Energy Solar Tech.
By 2030, the company expects pro forma sales of more than €139 million and pro forma EBITDA of €35 million, supported by the progressive addition of new capacity and a business model that is more recurring, predictable and capable of generating cash.
