Prior to that, he spent more than eight years at EY, specializing in due diligence processes and financial structuring for major transactions involving private equity funds, financial institutions, and industrial companies.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and has developed his career in highly dynamic environments, ranging from the retail sector to the technology and financial industries, including Spain’s first credit rating agency. He is a specialist in talent development, innovative people management, and organizational transformation, with extensive experience in M&A processes and company integrations.
